DynaLynk Pharma’s new 1,000 square metre facility is strategically designed and constructed to operate to the highest possible international standards of GMP.  It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment contained within a Class 100,000 clean environment to provide customers with the highest level of quality.

DynaLynk Pharma offers product scale up services.  Its 50-kg pilot mixer has the following key features:

• Manufacturing vessel comes with a jacket that is suitable for water heating and water cooling at 2 kg/cm².

• Capable of performing CIP (Clean-In-Place) with the presence of 2 spray balls and a high pressure pump.

• Contains a built-in homogenizer with a maximum speed of 1440 rpm.

• Equipped with a strong vacuum for optimal de-aeration.

• Contains a built-in anchor agitator with a speed range of 10 to 50 rpm.
